“ I took my foreign city boy work colleague for a run in the car today, as we do on Sundays. He likes driving through small Scottish towns with old cottage buildings and country views. Stuff locals over look We stopped at coias for a coffee. The couple who I assume own the cafe were very polite and welcoming. The coffee is perfect here and the cafe is spotless. Beautifully polished tables and great service. We respected the ladies blunt honesty when my colleague got hungry and asked if pork was cooked beside other meat (although he’s partial to Greggs festive bake ) and she said everything goes into the same fryer. Most chippies tell porkies… yup, see what I did there? The cafe has a retro Italian vibe to it and my pal agreed with that as he grew up in Italy. They probably serve the best coffee in the whole of West Lothian. ”
